the duo behind Altered
States Wellness.
This is where Altered States Wellness first came to life. Tucked into the heart of Coppell, this was the very first location and the beginning of something that would grow far beyond what anyone expected.
Founders JoJo and Kyle opened this studio over seven years ago after making a big life shift. They gave up alcohol and turned to natural, holistic tools to manage pain, anxiety, and the everyday stress of life. What started as a personal healing journey turned into a mission to share these powerful therapies with others.
They poured their hearts into this space with one goal in mind: to create a place where people could slow down, breathe deeper, and feel better naturally.
Today, it’s still that same magical little escape. Cozy. Intimate. A space that feels like home. It’s lovingly run by longtime GM Abby, who has been part of the Altered States family for years and knows how to make every guest feel seen, supported, and completely at ease.
