Adrian Fernando is the owner of Altered States Wellness in The Colony, blending his background in technology with a deep passion for holistic health and helping others feel their best.
After facing serious health challenges in 2023 and struggling to find root-cause solutions through traditional medicine, Adrian turned to integrative wellness. Through float therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, ozone therapy, and holistic care, he was able to restore his health without relying on pharmaceuticals. That personal transformation inspired him to bring these tools to his own community.
Adrian has worked in IT and cybersecurity since 2011, including roles with HP, Concentra, and Children’s Health, where he developed strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills. A Plano native and local real estate investor, he knows the area well and is committed to creating an exceptional experience for every guest.
You’ll often find Adrian in the studio and he loves connecting with members. Whether you’re new to wellness or deep into your routine, he’s always happy to share his journey and help you find what works best for you.
